//soon is so unpredictable//
I’ve come to realise that the word “Soon" could be sum up in another word called “Unpredictable”. Soon is so unpredictable. When a promise is given to you and there is the word soon in it, it can get very frustrating because when you hear soon you think it’s gonna happen like the next minute or the next day or in a couple of weeks.
But soon could also mean in the next few months or in a few years time. There is no “set time” for it to come into fruition but that it will happen. So how? What do you do when a promise of soon is given to you? You trust and believe in that promise instead of the timing of when the promise will be fulfilled. That way, you can live in fullness of your present rather than in frustration of waiting for the promise to come to live in your life.
